Ten minutes from St. Marco Square, a typical house of the end of the eighteenth century opened onto the beautiful Giudecca's Canal: it's a poetry corner immersed in the true Venice, far from the tourist clamour, to live thoroughly the town and its residents.
Casa Genoveffa offers two studios, each one with its private entrance, both completely renovated, strictly respecting the Venetian style with laces, lamps and damasks; provided with hairdryer, microwave, fridge, safe, satellite television, air conditioning. The St. Marco Suite is at the ground floor (the zone is not at high water risk), the Canal Grande Suite is at the first floor and has a balcony. Each one is made up of one double bedroom with four-poster bed, kitchen with double sofa-bed and private bathroom with shower.
